🏛️ About
François Lumpp — Founded in 1991 by François and Isabelle Lumpp in Givry, Côte Chalonnaise. The domaine spans 15 hectares of Premier Cru sites on clay-limestone slopes, every vine planted and nurtured by François himself, a rarity in Burgundy. Farmed organically with minimal intervention, hand-harvested, and aged with restrained oak, the wines express Givry's terroir with a depth and precision that punches well above its appellation.

🏛️ About the Producer
Newton Johnson is one of South Africa's most celebrated cool-climate estates, situated in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, a narrow corridor just behind the Atlantic coast near Hermanus, in the Walker Bay region.
Founded in 1996 by Dave and Felicity Johnson, the estate is now driven by their sons Bevan and Gordon. The valley's name means "Heaven and Earth" in Afrikaans, and its clay-rich soils and maritime influence create ideal conditions for Burgundian varieties. Newton Johnson farms across multiple sites within the appellation, producing wines that range from vibrant coastal whites to structured, terroir-driven Pinot Noir.
Their single-vineyard Windansea bottling, from a steep, wind-battered slope of decomposed granite, represents the pinnacle of their range and showcases the extraordinary potential of South African Pinot Noir on the world stage.

🍇 About the Producers
- Tolpuddle Vineyard (Tasmania)
Acquired by Shaw + Smith's Michael Hill Smith MW and Martin Shaw in 2011, Tolpuddle sits in the Coal River Valley — one of Australia's coolest and southernmost wine regions. The vineyard was originally planted in 1988 and has earned a reputation as a source of world-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with extraordinary purity and ageing potential. Often referred to as "Australia's answer to Montrachet."
- By Farr (Geelong, Victoria)
Founded by Gary Farr after decades at Bannockburn and Domaine Dujac in Burgundy, By Farr produces some of Australia's most Burgundian Pinot Noir and most refined cool-climate Shiraz. The Farrside vineyard sits on volcanic basalt soils, delivering wines of structure, depth, and unmistakable sense of place.
- Torbreck & Sami-Odi (Barossa Valley)
Torbreck's RunRig is one of Australia's most celebrated Shiraz bottlings — a Rhône-inspired blend of old-vine Shiraz and Viognier, consistently scoring 97–100 points. Sami-Odi is the personal project of former Torbreck winemaker Fraser McKinley, crafted from a single plot of century-old vines in the Hoffnungsthal sub-region, with 'Little Wine' #14 representing a radical multi-vintage blend across 10 harvests.
