Fingers Crossed, (formerly "FÆTHM") is the project from Nikolas Krankl, son of celebrated winemaker and creator of Sine Qua Non, Manfred Krankl. 🌿 About the Winery

Legacy Peak vineyard is located at an altitude of 1,246m in the beautiful scenic area of the Xixia King Tombs (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region), and is one of very few vineyards in China with vines over 18 years old.The vineyard is composed of 6.9 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.2 hectares of Merlot, and 0.8 hectares of Chardonnay, all planted by Liu Hai's father in 1997. In 2010, Liu Hai took over the estate with the ambition of making the best wine in Ningxia.Since 2014, the winery has launched Legacy Peak Kalavinka 2011, which was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal at the CWSA China Wine & Spirits Awards, while other wines have won numerous medals at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards.

Ferrari is an award-winning sparkling wine house in the Trentino region of northern Italy, producing Metodo Classico wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under the Trento DOC title.The company was formed in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, with the intention of taking on the best wines of Champagne, becoming one of the first Italian estates to make substantial plantings of Chardonnay.In the 1950s, the company passed to Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento, who grew production from 9,000 bottles a year to 100,000. The third generation of the Lunelli family runs the business today.

🌿 About the Domaine

Domaine Buisson-Charles is led by Louis Essa and his father Patrick Essa in the heart of Meursault, covering 8 hectares of vineyard. The estate takes its name from Patrick's wife, Catherine Buisson, daughter of Michel Buisson, who carries a long lineage of winemakers in her family.

The domaine has always ploughed its vineyards rather than using weedkiller, embracing a thoughtful, organic approach: small yields, hand harvesting, strict sorting, and no corrections made to must or grapes.Their reds are fermented with whole clusters, giving the wines a beautiful bouquet and rich personality, while the whites are vigorous and powerful, with each vineyard expressing its unique nuances. Limited new oak is used for both colours.In Meursault, there are multiple styles.

The most celebrated domaines such as Coche-Dury, Jean-Marc Roulot, and Arnaud Ente are known as early pickers. Domaine Buisson-Charles, by contrast, is often among the last to harvest. Yet their wines are far from heavy or jammy. The concentration that comes from that extra ripeness is beautifully integrated, and Louis and Patrick manage to retain excellent acidity, giving their wines impressive length and completeness. Enjoy them young or cellar with confidence.

🏛️ About Château Canon Chaigneau

Château Canon Chaigneau is a critically regarded estate located in the commune of Néac within the Lalande‑de‑Pomerol appellation in northeastern Bordeaux. Spanning 21 hectares on the clay‑limestone plateau of Néac, the vineyard is planted predominantly to Merlot (90%), complemented by Cabernet Franc and Pressac (Malbec). Now owned by Singapore‑based former wine merchant Romik Arconian and Marine Fontana, the property has entered a new chapter while maintaining its Right Bank identity. The wines are crafted by Thierry Garnaud, former winemaker of Château Cheval Blanc, bringing Right Bank pedigree and precision to this increasingly talked‑about property. The grand vin reflects the estate’s classic varietal proportions, while Cuvée 1a is produced entirely from Cabernet Franc, and Cuvée 8a comes from younger vines across the estate, vinified and aged in concrete. Fermentation typically takes place in concrete vats, followed by ageing in large‑format oak before blending and bottling.

🍇 About Si Tu Sais Founded by Patrick Johnston and Sara Cunningham

Si Tu Sais is a micro‑négoce born from what was meant to be a one‑time harvest experience in Savigny‑lès‑Beaune in 2017, a harvest they never truly left. After working at Maison Harbour, the duo began crafting their own wines in 2020, starting with just 4.5 barrels. Production remains intentionally microscopic, never exceeding 1,000 bottles per cuvée, with annual output now stabilised at around 25 barrels. Based in the picturesque village of Chamilly, Patrick and Sara collaborate with growers farming chemical‑free and biodynamically, selecting top‑quality fruit to craft wines that are clean, precise and acid‑driven, with lift and subtle spice. Inspired by modern Burgundy’s low‑intervention philosophy, they favour purity of fruit, gentle extraction, low‑temperature fermentations and predominantly older barrels for nuanced oxygenation. Whole bunches are used thoughtfully to preserve tension and aromatic complexity.

🌿 About the Winery

Legacy Peak vineyard is located at an altitude of 1,246m in the beautiful scenic area of the Xixia King Tombs (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region), and is one of very few vineyards in China with vines over 18 years old.The vineyard is composed of 6.9 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.2 hectares of Merlot, and 0.8 hectares of Chardonnay, all planted by Liu Hai's father in 1997. In 2010, Liu Hai took over the estate with the ambition of making the best wine in Ningxia.Since 2014, the winery has launched Legacy Peak Kalavinka 2011, which was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal at the CWSA China Wine & Spirits Awards, while other wines have won numerous medals at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards.

🍾 About Ferrari Trento

Ferrari is an award-winning sparkling wine house in the Trentino region of northern Italy, producing Metodo Classico wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under the Trento DOC title.The company was formed in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, with the intention of taking on the best wines of Champagne, becoming one of the first Italian estates to make substantial plantings of Chardonnay.In the 1950s, the company passed to Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento, who grew production from 9,000 bottles a year to 100,000. The third generation of the Lunelli family runs the business today.

🌿 About the Domaine

Domaine Buisson-Charles is led by Louis Essa and his father Patrick Essa in the heart of Meursault, covering 8 hectares of vineyard. The estate takes its name from Patrick's wife, Catherine Buisson, daughter of Michel Buisson, who carries a long lineage of winemakers in her family.

The domaine has always ploughed its vineyards rather than using weedkiller, embracing a thoughtful, organic approach: small yields, hand harvesting, strict sorting, and no corrections made to must or grapes.Their reds are fermented with whole clusters, giving the wines a beautiful bouquet and rich personality, while the whites are vigorous and powerful, with each vineyard expressing its unique nuances. Limited new oak is used for both colours.In Meursault, there are multiple styles.

The most celebrated domaines such as Coche-Dury, Jean-Marc Roulot, and Arnaud Ente are known as early pickers. Domaine Buisson-Charles, by contrast, is often among the last to harvest. Yet their wines are far from heavy or jammy. The concentration that comes from that extra ripeness is beautifully integrated, and Louis and Patrick manage to retain excellent acidity, giving their wines impressive length and completeness. Enjoy them young or cellar with confidence.

🏛️ About Château Canon Chaigneau

Château Canon Chaigneau is a critically regarded estate located in the commune of Néac within the Lalande‑de‑Pomerol appellation in northeastern Bordeaux. Spanning 21 hectares on the clay‑limestone plateau of Néac, the vineyard is planted predominantly to Merlot (90%), complemented by Cabernet Franc and Pressac (Malbec). Now owned by Singapore‑based former wine merchant Romik Arconian and Marine Fontana, the property has entered a new chapter while maintaining its Right Bank identity. The wines are crafted by Thierry Garnaud, former winemaker of Château Cheval Blanc, bringing Right Bank pedigree and precision to this increasingly talked‑about property. The grand vin reflects the estate’s classic varietal proportions, while Cuvée 1a is produced entirely from Cabernet Franc, and Cuvée 8a comes from younger vines across the estate, vinified and aged in concrete. Fermentation typically takes place in concrete vats, followed by ageing in large‑format oak before blending and bottling.

🍇 About Si Tu Sais Founded by Patrick Johnston and Sara Cunningham

Si Tu Sais is a micro‑négoce born from what was meant to be a one‑time harvest experience in Savigny‑lès‑Beaune in 2017, a harvest they never truly left. After working at Maison Harbour, the duo began crafting their own wines in 2020, starting with just 4.5 barrels. Production remains intentionally microscopic, never exceeding 1,000 bottles per cuvée, with annual output now stabilised at around 25 barrels. Based in the picturesque village of Chamilly, Patrick and Sara collaborate with growers farming chemical‑free and biodynamically, selecting top‑quality fruit to craft wines that are clean, precise and acid‑driven, with lift and subtle spice. Inspired by modern Burgundy’s low‑intervention philosophy, they favour purity of fruit, gentle extraction, low‑temperature fermentations and predominantly older barrels for nuanced oxygenation. Whole bunches are used thoughtfully to preserve tension and aromatic complexity.

🌿 About the Winery

Legacy Peak vineyard is located at an altitude of 1,246m in the beautiful scenic area of the Xixia King Tombs (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region), and is one of very few vineyards in China with vines over 18 years old.The vineyard is composed of 6.9 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.2 hectares of Merlot, and 0.8 hectares of Chardonnay, all planted by Liu Hai's father in 1997. In 2010, Liu Hai took over the estate with the ambition of making the best wine in Ningxia.Since 2014, the winery has launched Legacy Peak Kalavinka 2011, which was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal at the CWSA China Wine & Spirits Awards, while other wines have won numerous medals at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards.

Ferrari is an award-winning sparkling wine house in the Trentino region of northern Italy, producing Metodo Classico wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under the Trento DOC title.The company was formed in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, with the intention of taking on the best wines of Champagne, becoming one of the first Italian estates to make substantial plantings of Chardonnay.In the 1950s, the company passed to Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento, who grew production from 9,000 bottles a year to 100,000. The third generation of the Lunelli family runs the business today.

🌿 About the Domaine

Domaine Buisson-Charles is led by Louis Essa and his father Patrick Essa in the heart of Meursault, covering 8 hectares of vineyard. The estate takes its name from Patrick's wife, Catherine Buisson, daughter of Michel Buisson, who carries a long lineage of winemakers in her family.

The domaine has always ploughed its vineyards rather than using weedkiller, embracing a thoughtful, organic approach: small yields, hand harvesting, strict sorting, and no corrections made to must or grapes.Their reds are fermented with whole clusters, giving the wines a beautiful bouquet and rich personality, while the whites are vigorous and powerful, with each vineyard expressing its unique nuances. Limited new oak is used for both colours.In Meursault, there are multiple styles.

The most celebrated domaines such as Coche-Dury, Jean-Marc Roulot, and Arnaud Ente are known as early pickers. Domaine Buisson-Charles, by contrast, is often among the last to harvest. Yet their wines are far from heavy or jammy. The concentration that comes from that extra ripeness is beautifully integrated, and Louis and Patrick manage to retain excellent acidity, giving their wines impressive length and completeness. Enjoy them young or cellar with confidence.

🏛️ About Château Canon Chaigneau

Château Canon Chaigneau is a critically regarded estate located in the commune of Néac within the Lalande‑de‑Pomerol appellation in northeastern Bordeaux. Spanning 21 hectares on the clay‑limestone plateau of Néac, the vineyard is planted predominantly to Merlot (90%), complemented by Cabernet Franc and Pressac (Malbec). Now owned by Singapore‑based former wine merchant Romik Arconian and Marine Fontana, the property has entered a new chapter while maintaining its Right Bank identity. The wines are crafted by Thierry Garnaud, former winemaker of Château Cheval Blanc, bringing Right Bank pedigree and precision to this increasingly talked‑about property. The grand vin reflects the estate’s classic varietal proportions, while Cuvée 1a is produced entirely from Cabernet Franc, and Cuvée 8a comes from younger vines across the estate, vinified and aged in concrete. Fermentation typically takes place in concrete vats, followed by ageing in large‑format oak before blending and bottling.

🍇 About Si Tu Sais Founded by Patrick Johnston and Sara Cunningham

Si Tu Sais is a micro‑négoce born from what was meant to be a one‑time harvest experience in Savigny‑lès‑Beaune in 2017, a harvest they never truly left. After working at Maison Harbour, the duo began crafting their own wines in 2020, starting with just 4.5 barrels. Production remains intentionally microscopic, never exceeding 1,000 bottles per cuvée, with annual output now stabilised at around 25 barrels. Based in the picturesque village of Chamilly, Patrick and Sara collaborate with growers farming chemical‑free and biodynamically, selecting top‑quality fruit to craft wines that are clean, precise and acid‑driven, with lift and subtle spice. Inspired by modern Burgundy’s low‑intervention philosophy, they favour purity of fruit, gentle extraction, low‑temperature fermentations and predominantly older barrels for nuanced oxygenation. Whole bunches are used thoughtfully to preserve tension and aromatic complexity.

🌿 About the Winery

Legacy Peak vineyard is located at an altitude of 1,246m in the beautiful scenic area of the Xixia King Tombs (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region), and is one of very few vineyards in China with vines over 18 years old.The vineyard is composed of 6.9 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.2 hectares of Merlot, and 0.8 hectares of Chardonnay, all planted by Liu Hai's father in 1997. In 2010, Liu Hai took over the estate with the ambition of making the best wine in Ningxia.Since 2014, the winery has launched Legacy Peak Kalavinka 2011, which was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal at the CWSA China Wine & Spirits Awards, while other wines have won numerous medals at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards.

Ferrari is an award-winning sparkling wine house in the Trentino region of northern Italy, producing Metodo Classico wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under the Trento DOC title.The company was formed in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, with the intention of taking on the best wines of Champagne, becoming one of the first Italian estates to make substantial plantings of Chardonnay.In the 1950s, the company passed to Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento, who grew production from 9,000 bottles a year to 100,000. 🌿 About the Domaine

Domaine Buisson-Charles is led by Louis Essa and his father Patrick Essa in the heart of Meursault, covering 8 hectares of vineyard. The estate takes its name from Patrick's wife, Catherine Buisson, daughter of Michel Buisson, who carries a long lineage of winemakers in her family.

The domaine has always ploughed its vineyards rather than using weedkiller, embracing a thoughtful, organic approach: small yields, hand harvesting, strict sorting, and no corrections made to must or grapes.Their reds are fermented with whole clusters, giving the wines a beautiful bouquet and rich personality, while the whites are vigorous and powerful, with each vineyard expressing its unique nuances. Limited new oak is used for both colours.In Meursault, there are multiple styles.

The most celebrated domaines such as Coche-Dury, Jean-Marc Roulot, and Arnaud Ente are known as early pickers. Domaine Buisson-Charles, by contrast, is often among the last to harvest. Yet their wines are far from heavy or jammy. The concentration that comes from that extra ripeness is beautifully integrated, and Louis and Patrick manage to retain excellent acidity, giving their wines impressive length and completeness. Enjoy them young or cellar with confidence.

🏛️ About Château Canon Chaigneau

Château Canon Chaigneau is a critically regarded estate located in the commune of Néac within the Lalande‑de‑Pomerol appellation in northeastern Bordeaux. Spanning 21 hectares on the clay‑limestone plateau of Néac, the vineyard is planted predominantly to Merlot (90%), complemented by Cabernet Franc and Pressac (Malbec). Now owned by Singapore‑based former wine merchant Romik Arconian and Marine Fontana, the property has entered a new chapter while maintaining its Right Bank identity. The wines are crafted by Thierry Garnaud, former winemaker of Château Cheval Blanc, bringing Right Bank pedigree and precision to this increasingly talked‑about property. The grand vin reflects the estate’s classic varietal proportions, while Cuvée 1a is produced entirely from Cabernet Franc, and Cuvée 8a comes from younger vines across the estate, vinified and aged in concrete. Fermentation typically takes place in concrete vats, followed by ageing in large‑format oak before blending and bottling.

🍇 About Si Tu Sais Founded by Patrick Johnston and Sara Cunningham

Si Tu Sais is a micro‑négoce born from what was meant to be a one‑time harvest experience in Savigny‑lès‑Beaune in 2017, a harvest they never truly left. After working at Maison Harbour, the duo began crafting their own wines in 2020, starting with just 4.5 barrels. Production remains intentionally microscopic, never exceeding 1,000 bottles per cuvée, with annual output now stabilised at around 25 barrels. Based in the picturesque village of Chamilly, Patrick and Sara collaborate with growers farming chemical‑free and biodynamically, selecting top‑quality fruit to craft wines that are clean, precise and acid‑driven, with lift and subtle spice. Inspired by modern Burgundy’s low‑intervention philosophy, they favour purity of fruit, gentle extraction, low‑temperature fermentations and predominantly older barrels for nuanced oxygenation. Whole bunches are used thoughtfully to preserve tension and aromatic complexity.

🌿 About the Winery

Legacy Peak vineyard is located at an altitude of 1,246m in the beautiful scenic area of the Xixia King Tombs (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region), and is one of very few vineyards in China with vines over 18 years old.The vineyard is composed of 6.9 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.2 hectares of Merlot, and 0.8 hectares of Chardonnay, all planted by Liu Hai's father in 1997. In 2010, Liu Hai took over the estate with the ambition of making the best wine in Ningxia.Since 2014, the winery has launched Legacy Peak Kalavinka 2011, which was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal at the CWSA China Wine & Spirits Awards, while other wines have won numerous medals at the Decanter Asia Wine Awards.

🍾 About Ferrari Trento

Ferrari is an award-winning sparkling wine house in the Trentino region of northern Italy, producing Metodo Classico wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under the Trento DOC title.The company was formed in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, with the intention of taking on the best wines of Champagne, becoming one of the first Italian estates to make substantial plantings of Chardonnay.In the 1950s, the company passed to Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento, who grew production from 9,000 bottles a year to 100,000. The third generation of the Lunelli family runs the business today.

🌿 About the Domaine

Domaine Buisson-Charles is led by Louis Essa and his father Patrick Essa in the heart of Meursault, covering 8 hectares of vineyard. The estate takes its name from Patrick's wife, Catherine Buisson, daughter of Michel Buisson, who carries a long lineage of winemakers in her family.

The domaine has always ploughed its vineyards rather than using weedkiller, embracing a thoughtful, organic approach: small yields, hand harvesting, strict sorting, and no corrections made to must or grapes.Their reds are fermented with whole clusters, giving the wines a beautiful bouquet and rich personality, while the whites are vigorous and powerful, with each vineyard expressing its unique nuances. Limited new oak is used for both colours.In Meursault, there are multiple styles.

The most celebrated domaines such as Coche-Dury, Jean-Marc Roulot, and Arnaud Ente are known as early pickers. Domaine Buisson-Charles, by contrast, is often among the last to harvest. Yet their wines are far from heavy or jammy. The concentration that comes from that extra ripeness is beautifully integrated, and Louis and Patrick manage to retain excellent acidity, giving their wines impressive length and completeness. Enjoy them young or cellar with confidence.

🏛️ About Château Canon Chaigneau

Château Canon Chaigneau is a critically regarded estate located in the commune of Néac within the Lalande‑de‑Pomerol appellation in northeastern Bordeaux. Spanning 21 hectares on the clay‑limestone plateau of Néac, the vineyard is planted predominantly to Merlot (90%), complemented by Cabernet Franc and Pressac (Malbec). Now owned by Singapore‑based former wine merchant Romik Arconian and Marine Fontana, the property has entered a new chapter while maintaining its Right Bank identity. The wines are crafted by Thierry Garnaud, former winemaker of Château Cheval Blanc, bringing Right Bank pedigree and precision to this increasingly talked‑about property. The grand vin reflects the estate’s classic varietal proportions, while Cuvée 1a is produced entirely from Cabernet Franc, and Cuvée 8a comes from younger vines across the estate, vinified and aged in concrete. Fermentation typically takes place in concrete vats, followed by ageing in large‑format oak before blending and bottling.

🍇 About Si Tu Sais Founded by Patrick Johnston and Sara Cunningham

Si Tu Sais is a micro‑négoce born from what was meant to be a one‑time harvest experience in Savigny‑lès‑Beaune in 2017, a harvest they never truly left. After working at Maison Harbour, the duo began crafting their own wines in 2020, starting with just 4.5 barrels. Production remains intentionally microscopic, never exceeding 1,000 bottles per cuvée, with annual output now stabilised at around 25 barrels. Based in the picturesque village of Chamilly, Patrick and Sara collaborate with growers farming chemical‑free and biodynamically, selecting top‑quality fruit to craft wines that are clean, precise and acid‑driven, with lift and subtle spice. Inspired by modern Burgundy’s low‑intervention philosophy, they favour purity of fruit, gentle extraction, low‑temperature fermentations and predominantly older barrels for nuanced oxygenation. Whole bunches are used thoughtfully to preserve tension and aromatic complexity.
