🏛️ About
Chateau Mihope — A premium 120-hectare estate in the Helan Mountain East region of Ningxia, established in 2011 by the Midea Group. The late renowned Australian viticulturist Richard Smart identified six distinct microclimates on the property, ensuring optimal vine placement, while French flying winemaker Marc Dworkin serves as chief winemaker.
At 1,100 metres elevation, the vineyard benefits from high diurnal temperature variation, abundant sunshine, and a dry, windswept climate, producing highly acclaimed wines particularly celebrated for its Marselan, Viognier, and Cabernet Gernischt.

🏛️ About Viña Ijalba
Founded in 1975 in Logroño, Rioja. Owner Dionisio Ruiz Ijalba planted his first vines on a reclaimed gravel pit and built one of Rioja's most distinctive estates, 90ha farmed organically on alluvial and stony clay soils. In 1998, Viña Ijalba became the first ecological winery in Rioja. They are pioneers in rescuing nearly forgotten native grape varieties such as Graciano, Maturana Tinta, Maturana Blanca, and Tempranillo Blanco and one of the only producers bottling them as single-varietal wines. Their experimental vineyard holds over 100 different varieties, seventy of which are native to Rioja.

🍶 About Zhenjiu (珍酒)
珍酒 is a prestigious Guizhou-born Moutai-style (醬香型) baijiu, rich, complex, and layered with years of ageing. 🍇 About the Wines
- Chateau Montelena (Napa Valley)
The winery that shocked the world at the 1976 Judgment of Paris, where its Chardonnay beat the finest white Burgundies in a blind tasting. Decades later, it remains one of Napa's most iconic estates and a symbol of California's arrival on the global stage.
- Ridge Monte Bello (Santa Cruz Mountains)
Consistently ranked among the world's greatest Cabernet-based wines, Monte Bello comes from limestone vineyards at 400–800 metres elevation above Silicon Valley.
- Stag's Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. (Napa Valley)
The other Judgment of Paris legend, the 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon defeated Bordeaux's finest First Growths. Tonight's 2000 vintage offers a rare chance to taste this icon with 25 years of bottle age.
- Heitz Cellar Martha's Vineyard (Napa Valley)
One of California's first single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons and arguably its most collectible. Known for its signature eucalyptus and mint character, Martha's Vineyard is allocated, scarce, and almost never poured at tastings.
