🏛 The Producers
E. Guigal — The undisputed icon of Côte-Rôtie. La Mouline is one of the most celebrated single-vineyard wines in the world, and the 1989 vintage represents 37 years of bottle age at perfect maturity. Only 4,000+ bottles produced.
Nicolas Champagneux — Trained at E. Guigal from age 16, then refined his craft under Yves Cuilleron. His wines are perfumed and mineral-driven, with fine tannins and remarkable freshness. Les Grandes Places is one of Côte-Rôtie's most revered sites with steep southwest-facing mica-schist slopes, vines averaging 100+ years old (some from 1910), and only ~1,500 bottles per vintage.
Ferraton Père & Fils — Under Michel Chapoutier's ownership, Ferraton has entered a new golden era with biodynamic viticulture, precision winemaking, and pure terroir expression at the highest level.

🏝️ About Corsican Wine
Known in France as l'Île de Beauté, Corsica is a landscape of contrasts: rolling mountains in the north, flatter terrain in the south. Nearly 6,000 hectares of vines produce just 1% of France's total wine output. The grape varieties tell the story of the island's identity: Sciaccarello, Nielluccio, and Vermentinu, shaped as much by Italian and Sardinian influence as by French tradition.
