This masterclass and dinner pairs seven Michter's expressions, including the acclaimed 10 Year Kentucky Straight bottlings with a six-course menu crafted by The Steak House at Regent Hong Kong. Guests will be guided through the tasting by Ethan Chai, Michter's Sales Director for Asia Pacific, offering insight into the distillery's philosophy, production methods, and the nuances of each pour.
Michter's traces its origins to 1753 and America's first whiskey company. By 1980, the original Pennsylvania distillery was designated a cultural landmark, recognised as the oldest operating distillery in the United States at that time. Today, Michter's operates out of Louisville, Kentucky, where its commitment to cost-be-damned quality continues to define every release.

An exclusive private evening at the refined Tβang Court, featuring Patrick Johnston, the winemaker behind Si Tu Sais. Guests will enjoy an intimate encounter with Patrick as he presents his latest releases, followed by a multiβcourse dinner thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of wines from the estate.
Si Tu Sais is a microβnΓ©goce born from what was meant to be a oneβtime harvest experience in SavignyβlΓ¨sβBeaune in 2017, a harvest they never truly left. After working at Maison Harbour, the duo began crafting their own wines in 2020, starting with just 4.5 barrels. Production remains intentionally microscopic, never exceeding 1,000 bottles per cuvΓ©e, with annual output now stabilised at around 25 barrels. Based in the picturesque village of Chamilly, Patrick and Sara collaborate with growers farming chemicalβfree and biodynamically, selecting topβquality fruit to craft wines that are clean, precise and acidβdriven, with lift and subtle spice. Inspired by modern Burgundyβs lowβintervention philosophy, they favour purity of fruit, gentle extraction, lowβtemperature fermentations and predominantly older barrels for nuanced oxygenation. Whole bunches are used thoughtfully to preserve tension and aromatic complexity.

Join celebrated Roero winemaker Stefano Occhetti for an intimate tasting exploring the elegant and ethereal side of Nebbiolo. From sparkling expression to structured Riserva, discover how Roero is redefining its identity beyond Arneis, emerging as a rising star for expressive, refined red Nebbiolo. Fine canapΓ©s will be served.
An engineer by training, Stefano returned to the rolling hills of Roero with a vision to craft wines that inspire connection. Together with his wife and children, this passionate family is reshaping the regionβs legacy with elegant, expressive Nebbiolo at its heart.
