🏛️ About the Producer
Founded in 1982 by Jess Jackson, Kendall-Jackson began when a San Francisco attorney turned an 80-acre pear and walnut orchard in Lake County into a Chardonnay vineyard and never looked back.
Today, Kendall-Jackson is America's best-selling premium Chardonnay, named Wine Enthusiast's "American Winery of the Year" and a ten-time Wine & Spirits Magazine "Winery of the Year." The only American winery to co-own a French stave mill, their commitment to oak aging, cool-coastal sourcing, and sustainable winegrowing has made them a California benchmark from Sonoma to the Central Coast.

Four wines from Shangri-La's high-altitude vineyards such as 1,800m, 2,600m, and 2,800m tasted across one menu.
A rare format to compare how elevation alone shifts varietal expression: the same winery, the same philosophy, but distinctly different wines shaped by altitude, temperature and terroir.

🏛️ About the Producers
La Gibryotte is the label of the Dugat family in Gevrey-Chambertin, closely linked to the legendary Domaine Claude Dugat. Working from some of the village's finest parcels, the wines carry the same hallmarks of concentration, purity, and meticulous vineyard work that have made the family name synonymous with benchmark Gevrey.
Domaine Amiot is a family estate in Morey-Saint-Denis with deep roots in the village. The domaine farms a range of well-situated parcels across the appellation, producing Pinot Noirs that reflect the structural depth and earthy complexity for which Morey is known.
Domaine Laurent Roumier is part of the celebrated Roumier family in Chambolle-Musigny, operating as a separate estate from the more widely known Domaine Georges Roumier. The wines are crafted in a pure, traditionally minded style that highlights the floral elegance and silky texture of the village.
Domaine Jacques Cacheux is a small, family-run domaine in Vosne-Romanée, quietly producing some of the village's most authentic and terroir-expressive wines. The estate holds parcels across several Vosne appellations, including premier cru sites.
Domaine Fabien Coche is based in Meursault and connected to one of Burgundy's most respected winemaking families. The Pommard Vieilles Vignes draws on old vines to deliver a wine of structure, depth, and the earthy richness characteristic of the appellation.
Domaine Nicolas Rossignol is a leading name in Volnay, known for a modern yet terroir-faithful approach. The wines combine the village's signature finesse and perfumed elegance with a quiet intensity that rewards attention.
