🏛️ About California Wine Month
The California Wine Institute's 8th annual California Wine Month returns this summer with Hong Kong as its home base under the theme “BOLDNESS”, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Judgment of Paris, where Californian wines famously defeated top French estates in a blind tasting, rewriting wine history forever. That pioneering, boundary-pushing spirit lives on today through a summer-long programme of trade events, retail promotions, masterclasses, and public experiences across Hong Kong and Macau.

Farmed organically (though not certified), the wines are juicy, aromatic, and terroir-expressive without over-extraction, a style inspired by Jean-Marie Fournier and Arnaud Mortet.
