- Chateau Montelena (Napa Valley)
The winery that shocked the world at the 1976 Judgment of Paris, where its Chardonnay beat the finest white Burgundies in a blind tasting. Decades later, it remains one of Napa's most iconic estates and a symbol of California's arrival on the global stage.
- Ridge Monte Bello (Santa Cruz Mountains)
Consistently ranked among the world's greatest Cabernet-based wines, Monte Bello comes from limestone vineyards at 400β800 metres elevation above Silicon Valley.
- Stag's Leap Wine Cellars S.L.V. (Napa Valley)
The other Judgment of Paris legend, the 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon defeated Bordeaux's finest First Growths. Tonight's 2000 vintage offers a rare chance to taste this icon with 25 years of bottle age.
- Heitz Cellar Martha's Vineyard (Napa Valley)
One of California's first single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons and arguably its most collectible. Known for its signature eucalyptus and mint character, Martha's Vineyard is allocated, scarce, and almost never poured at tastings.

Mendel Winery embodies the union of Roberto de la Mota, one of Argentina's most respected and experienced winemakers with a nearly century-old Argentine family whose sole objective is to produce wines of unquestionable superior quality.
The estate features rare, ungrafted Malbec and Semillon vines planted as early as 1928 at high altitudes in Mendoza. Every artisan winemaking step is rigorously performed: from careful bunch sorting to fermentation in small tanks to aging in the finest French oak.
