🍇 About the Producer

Dom Pérignon | Champagne, France

Named after the Benedictine monk of Hautvillers, Dom Pérignon is the prestige cuvée of Moët & Chandon, with its first vintage, 1921, released in 1936. Dedicated exclusively to vintage Champagne, it blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites to express the character of each harvest. Under cellar master Vincent Chaperon, its style balances freshness and creamy texture with smoky, mineral complexity. Extended ageing is central to its identity, with P2 and P3 releases revealing further expressions of the same vintage after increasingly long maturation on the lees.

🍇 Meet the Producers

Domaine de Montille — Burgundy

With origins dating back to around 1730, Domaine de Montille’s modern history began in 1947 with Hubert de Montille. His son Étienne later expanded the estate’s holdings across the Côte d’Or, embracing organic farming and biodynamics while preserving the elegance, vineyard expression and ageing potential associated with the domaine.

Racines — California

Racines brings together Étienne de Montille and Brian Sieve of Burgundy with Rodolphe Péters of Champagne. Based in California’s cool, ocean-influenced Sta. Rita Hills, the collaboration produces Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and traditional-method sparkling wines, seeking purity, balance and a clear expression of place.

de Montille & Hokkaido — Japan

Launched by Étienne de Montille in 2016, this project brings together French and Japanese teams to explore Hokkaido’s winemaking potential. Early vintages used grapes from growers in Yoichi, while planting began in Hakodate in 2019. The winery was completed in 2023, alongside the first estate harvest.

🍇 About the Producers

Château Canon · Saint-Émilion

Overlooking the historic village of Saint-Émilion, this Premier Grand Cru Classé estate is rooted in the celebrated clay-limestone plateau. Its history stretches back to the 18th century, while the Wertheimer family’s acquisition in 1996 marked the beginning of extensive vineyard and cellar renewal. Merlot and Cabernet Franc shape wines that combine generous fruit with freshness, silky textures and distinctive mineral tension. Certified organic from the 2024 vintage, Canon brings together elegance, depth and exceptional ageing potential.

Château Rauzan-Ségla · Margaux

Founded in 1661 and ranked a Second Growth in the 1855 Classification, Château Rauzan-Ségla captures the aromatic finesse and refined structure of Margaux. Its gravel-and-clay vineyards favour Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot and small plantings of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Under the Wertheimer family’s ownership, meticulous vineyard work and parcel-by-parcel vinification have driven the estate’s renewal. Floral aromas, cassis and cedar meet layered fruit and finely woven tannins, producing wines that balance concentration with elegance and develop complexity and silkiness with age.

🍇 About the Producer

Founded by Joseph Krug in 1843, Krug is devoted exclusively to prestige cuvées, guided by its founder’s ambition to create the fullest expression of Champagne every year, regardless of vintage conditions. Careful selection of individual vineyard parcels and an extensive library of reserve wines underpin its approach, with Grande Cuvée bringing together multiple years while its vintage Champagnes reveal the character of a single harvest.

Fermentation in old oak barrels, followed by extended ageing on the lees, contributes to Krug’s signature richness, layered complexity and notes of bread, biscuit and brioche. Balanced by freshness, its Champagnes are crafted to evolve in bottle, offering a compelling opportunity to explore the influence of time alongside the art of blending.

🏛️ About Stag's Leap Wine Cellars

Founded in 1970 by Warren Winiarski, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars is one of Napa Valley's most important estates. In 1976, its S.L.V. 1973 Cabernet Sauvignon took first place at the Judgment of Paris, a blind tasting where a panel of French judges ranked California wines above top Bordeaux and Burgundy, sending shockwaves through the global wine world.

Known for its benchmark Cabernet Sauvignons, the estate has been fully owned by the Antinori family since 2023, continuing an extraordinary legacy.

🏛️ About the Producer

Yalumba is Australia's oldest family-owned winery, founded in 1849 when Samuel Smith planted his first vines near Angaston in the Barossa Valley. Now in its fifth and sixth generation under the Hill-Smith family, the estate is renowned for pioneering Viognier in Australia, championing screwcap closures for premium wine, and operating the only on-site cooperage in the Southern Hemisphere. Its flagship, The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz, first released in 1966 remains one of Australia's most celebrated red blends, embodying 175 years of unbroken family winemaking.
