🍇 About the Producers
Château Canon · Saint-Émilion
Overlooking the historic village of Saint-Émilion, this Premier Grand Cru Classé estate is rooted in the celebrated clay-limestone plateau. Its history stretches back to the 18th century, while the Wertheimer family’s acquisition in 1996 marked the beginning of extensive vineyard and cellar renewal. Merlot and Cabernet Franc shape wines that combine generous fruit with freshness, silky textures and distinctive mineral tension. Certified organic from the 2024 vintage, Canon brings together elegance, depth and exceptional ageing potential.
Château Rauzan-Ségla · Margaux
Founded in 1661 and ranked a Second Growth in the 1855 Classification, Château Rauzan-Ségla captures the aromatic finesse and refined structure of Margaux. Its gravel-and-clay vineyards favour Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot and small plantings of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Under the Wertheimer family’s ownership, meticulous vineyard work and parcel-by-parcel vinification have driven the estate’s renewal. Floral aromas, cassis and cedar meet layered fruit and finely woven tannins, producing wines that balance concentration with elegance and develop complexity and silkiness with age.

🏛️ About the Producer
Louis Latour
Founded in 1797, Louis Latour is one of Burgundy's oldest and most representative family négociant-éleveurs, counted among the five most celebrated wine merchants in the Côte de Beaune and hailed as a guardian of Burgundian wine culture. The estate owns 50 hectares of prized vineyards, including an extraordinary 27 hectares of Grand Cru holdings, making it the largest Grand Cru producer in the region. True to its heritage, Louis Latour insists on hand-picking, uses traditional gravity-flow winemaking, runs its own cooperage, and releases wines only in vintages when the grapes are of exceptional quality.
Highlights of tonight's lineup include the Meursault 1er Cru Château de Blagny, a monopole situated on the slopes between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet; the Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, the estate's flagship white from their largest Grand Cru holding; Aloxe-Corton Domaine Latour from the estate's home base and one of its most classic expressions; the Beaune Vignes Franches 1er Cru, often called "a Premier Cru with Grand Cru quality"; and the legendary Château Corton Grancey, a blend from four of the finest Corton Grand Cru plots and the ultimate expression of Corton terroir.
