Château Summer Land explores a broad range of grape varieties in the sunny, dry conditions of Gansu. Its plantings include Arneis, offering a Chinese interpretation of a variety more commonly associated with Italy.
Vietti | Piedmont, Italy
Founded in Castiglione Falletto in the late 19th century, Vietti has a history of innovation, from early single-vineyard Barolo to varietal Arneis. Its range also gives an important place to Piedmont’s Barbera wines.
Joh. Jos. Prüm | Mosel, Germany

🏛️ About the Producer
Founded in 1990, Viña Aquitania is a boutique winery in Quebrada de Macul, Peñalolén, in Chile’s Maipo Alto Valley, at the foot of the Andes within Santiago. Its founding team brought together Bruno Prats, former owner of Château Cos d’Estournel; Paul Pontallier, former managing director and winemaker of Château Margaux; and Felipe de Solminihac, a Chilean winemaker of French origin who oversees day-to-day operations. Ghislain de Montgolfier, former president of Champagne Bollinger, joined as the fourth partner in January 2002.
The founders acquired 18 hectares in 1990, completing the cellar in 1993. Situated above 700 metres, the Maipo Alto vineyards combine stony soils with warm summer days and cool Andean nights, providing conditions suited to structured, age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon.
In 1995, the team pioneered commercial vineyard plantings in Traiguén in the Malleco Valley, around 650 kilometres south of Santiago. This cooler region is home to the estate’s SOLdeSOL wines, including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.

🍇 Meet the Producer
Legrand-Latour | Champagne
Based in Fleury-la-Rivière, this fourth-generation winegrowing family farms a four-hectare estate, predominantly planted with Pinot Meunier alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Thibault Legrand returned in 2017, introducing biodynamic principles, with certification achieved in 2019.
His father Patrice’s passion for fossils inspired more than two decades of excavation to create an underground fossil cellar. Thibault carries that fascination into his wines, bringing together plots with matching geological soils and using native-yeast fermentation without fining or filtration.

🏛️ About the Producer
Established in 2018, Gloriville is based in Hebei, China, with winemaker Li Jincheng at its helm. The estate began with organic cultivation before switching to biodynamic practices in 2023. Its 10 hectares of vineyards lie on sandy ground shaped by deposits from the Sanggan and Yanghe rivers.
In the cellar, fermentation relies on indigenous yeasts, followed by natural settling. The wines are bottled without fining or filtration, with little or no added sulphur, keeping intervention to a minimum.

🍇 About the Producers
Sine Qua Non | California
Created by Elaine and Manfred Krankl, Sine Qua Non takes an individual approach to California winemaking, with Syrah and Grenache at its heart. Its Rhône-inspired wines reflect a willingness to experiment beyond conventional varieties and traditions.
Fingers Crossed | Ojai Valley, California
Founded in 2017 by Nikolas and Julia Krankl, Fingers Crossed produces small quantities of Rhône-inspired wines using fruit from selected Santa Barbara County vineyards. The couple combines expressive Californian winemaking with original artwork, creating new labels and wooden-box designs for each vintage.
Andremily | California
Jim and Rachel Binns’ family winery takes its name from their children, Andrew and Emily. Drawing on Jim’s experience at Sine Qua Non, Andremily focuses on handcrafted wines, with careful vineyard work and limited yields underpinning its approach to California Syrah.
Favia | Napa Valley, California
Established in 2003 by viticulturist Annie Favia and winemaker Andy Erickson, Favia focuses on wines that express their vineyard origins. Thoughtful farming, gentle handling and minimal intervention guide the team’s approach, preserving the distinct character of each site.
Roederer Estate | Anderson Valley, California
Founded in 1982 by Champagne Louis Roederer, Roederer Estate brings its French heritage to California’s Anderson Valley. Estate-grown grapes and oak-aged reserve wines form the foundation of its sparkling wines, adding depth and complexity to each blend.
