ποΈ About the Producers
- Nebrodinero
From the Nebrodi mountains in northeast Sicily, near Mount Etna. The Nero dei Nebrodi pig is a native Sicilian heritage breed, distinguished by its black fur and raised free-range in the mountain hills. The result is exceptional, flavourful artisan charcuterie.
- Tenuta di Castellaro
Founded in 2005 on the volcanic island of Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian archipelago. Indigenous varieties Malvasia delle Lipari and Corinto Nero, first brought by ancient Greeks during Hellenic colonisation were repropagated through precise massale selection and form the heart of the estate's wines, alongside Carricante, Nero d'Avola, Moscato Bianco, Alicante, and Pinot Nero. Vines are trained in the traditional alberello system on volcanic soils, and the bioenergetic winery, the largest in the Aeolian Islands is built into the landscape with solar chimneys and a wind tower for natural light and climate control. A place where ancient tradition meets cutting-edge sustainability.

π About Argiolas
Established in 1938 by Antonio Argiolas, this landmark estate pioneered modern, quality-driven viticulture on the Mediterranean's second-largest island. Today, the third generation cultivates 240 hectares of native Sardinian vines, crafting wines that vividly express the island's unique terroir. The evening's highlight: Turriga β Sardinia's benchmark red, co-created with legendary oenologist Giacomo Tachis (the mastermind behind Sassicaia and Tignanello). A masterful blend of Cannonau, Carignano, Malvasia Nera, and Bovale Sardo, aged two years in French barriques.

π About Marchesi Antinori
Since 1385, the Antinori family has shaped the course of Italian wine. Now in its 26th generation, Marchesi Antinori remains one of the world's most influential wine dynasties. In 1971, they challenged Italian wine laws by creating Tignanello, a Sangiovese-Cabernet blend that broke with Chianti tradition and launched the Super Tuscan movement. Today, their portfolio spans iconic estates across Tuscany, Umbria, and beyond, from the white wine excellence of Castello della Sala to the prestigious vineyards of Chianti Classico and Bolgheri.
