—
🍽️ The Perfect Pairing
Bouillon's signature menu of authentic French comfort food will be available alongside the tasting. Imagine a glass of rich red with succulent beef bourguignon, or a bright, floral white with fresh seafood selections.
—
🏛️ About Hugues Laborde
Hugues Laborde unites six Bordeaux estates under one vision – modern wines that challenge the conventions of this iconic French wine region. All properties are either certified organic, in conversion, or practicing High Environmental Value (HVE) viticulture, guided by what Hugues calls "bon sens paysan" – good farming sense. The wines come from three distinct appellations: the prestigious Saint-Émilion Grand Cru on the Right Bank, the "sleeping beauty" of Fronsac, and the vibrant heart of Entre-deux-Mers. Each bottle carries its own bold identity, reflecting a fresh, unapologetic approach to Bordeaux winemaking.

An exceptional evening pairing Chef Vicky Lau's bespoke 7-course menu with rare wines from one of Burgundy's most celebrated domaines.
