Founded in South Australia in 1886, Angove brings five generations of family winemaking to the table. With a strong focus on organic viticulture and sustainability, the family produces wines that explore the character of McLaren Vale and other Australian regions.
Lou Miranda Estate
A family owned boutique winery in Rowland Flat, Barossa Valley, Lou Miranda Estate is run by Lou’s three daughters, Lisa, Angela and Victoria. Its centenarian vines offer a connection to the region’s vineyard heritage, making its Old Vine Shiraz a fitting highlight of the evening.
Stone’s
With roots dating back to London in 1740, Stone’s brings a different tradition to the lineup. Its Original Green Ginger Wine combines wine grapes and ginger, following a recipe with more than 250 years of history.

Newton Johnson — Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, South Africa
Founded in 1995 by Cape Wine Master Dave Johnson and his wife Felicity, Newton Johnson is a second-generation family estate near Hermanus. Their sons Bevan and Gordon, alongside Gordon’s wife Nadia, carry forward the family’s passion for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Atlantic breezes and granite soils shape the estate’s pursuit of freshness, finesse and vineyard expression, while its pioneering work with Albariño and exploration of Rhône varieties reveal a broader side of South African winemaking.


Don Pedro launches The Good Bottle Club with an evening dedicated to Catena Zapata. Discover five wines paired with a specially curated five-course menu, bringing together Argentinian steak, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
Compare two Chardonnay cuvées before moving to Birth of Cabernet and Malbec Argentino. Roasted Argentinian strip loin with bone marrow bordelaise meets the 2022 Malbec Argentino, while the 2005 vintage accompanies dark chocolate tart and preserved strawberry. It’s an opportunity to explore the nuances between younger and mature vintages, while getting to know one of Argentina’s most celebrated producers.

Founded in 2011, Château Mihope (美賀莊園) lies at the eastern foot of the Helan Mountain in Ningxia, China, at around 1,100 metres above sea level. The estate combines modern winemaking with a passion for contemporary art, collaborating with artists on limited-edition labels. Hand-harvested grapes, including Chardonnay, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marselan, form part of its diverse red and white wine portfolio.
