A gentle journey of nourishment unfolding through flowers, wine, and sound.
Inspired by the spirit of Ping Shi (《瓶史》), where a fine vessel is seen not merely as a container but as something that nurtures the life and vitality of flowers, Shalom Ho will guide participants in creating their own floral arrangement using the artisan-crafted Prosperity Brass Vase. Through thoughtful techniques and the graceful proportions of shin, shou, and hikae, discover harmony, balance, and lasting beauty in every composition.
Alongside, Paul Yip will create an immersive soundscape using the TERRA synthesizer and spiritual electronic piano while a curated wine tasting selected by Finna Sze of Sotheby's Wine Hong Kong completes the sensory experience.

🏛️ About Bourgogne
Bourgogne is one of the oldest and most revered wine regions in the world, where a single vineyard row can make the difference between a village wine and a Grand Cru. Its mosaic of climats, individual vineyard plots classified over centuries, represents the purest expression of terroir in winemaking. 🏛️ About the Producer
John Duval was Chief Winemaker at Penfolds for 29 years, the mastermind who elevated Penfolds Grange to world icon status. His 1976 Grange received a perfect score from Robert Parker; his 1990 vintage was named Wine of the Year by Wine Spectator. In 2003, he stepped away to establish his own eponymous label in Barossa Valley, focusing on old-vine Shiraz and Rhône varieties with minimal production and maximum precision. Favouring French oak over the American barrels of his Penfolds days, the wines reveal a rare elegance and structure for Barossa. James Halliday 5-star rated, Entity Shiraz earned "Shiraz of the Year" (JH99), and the debut Plexus SGM entered the Wine Spectator Top 100. In 2016, son Tim joined the estate, continuing the family's pursuit of depth, finesse, and old-vine expression.
