Located just south of Burgundy, Beaujolais is home to the Gamay grape, a variety often underestimated but capable of producing wines of remarkable elegance and complexity.
The region's ten Crus, including Morgon, Fleurie, Moulin-Γ -Vent, and CΓ΄te de Brouilly, each express distinct terroirs shaped by granite, schist, and volcanic soils. With proper cellaring, these wines develop silky tannins, earthy depth, and a Pinot Noir-like finesse that continues to surprise even seasoned wine lovers.
